Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Quasi™. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may be eligible to return it for a refund in accordance with the policy below.

1. Return Period

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be in the original packaging, with all tags and accessories included, if applicable.
  • Not be damaged, altered, or used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product.
  • Be accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.

Items returned after the 30-day return period may not be accepted.

2. How to Request a Return

3. Return Shipping

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer want the product, you are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.

If the item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us before returning it. We may provide a return shipping label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs after reviewing the issue.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable, except where the return is due to an error on our part or the item arrived damaged or defective.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when you receive it.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

7. Exchanges

8. Cancellations

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.

Because orders may be processed quickly, we cannot guarantee that cancellation requests can be accommodated after the order has entered processing or shipment.

Once an order has shipped, it may need to be handled through our standard return process.

9. Refunds for Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your tracking information indicates that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier.
